The Most Reverend William A. Wack, CSC, bishop of the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee, celebrated the 46th Annual Red Mass of the Holy Spirit on February 3, 2021 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas More in Tallahassee.
In his homily, Bishop Wack advised us to trust in the Holy Spirit, a gift from God to guide and direct our thoughts and actions. The Holy Spirit recreates, purifies, and cleanses us, turning us first toward God and then outward to the world to bring the Good News.
Representatives Demi Busatta Cabrera, District 114, Coral Gables, and Daniel Perez, District 116, Miami, served as lectors at the Mass.
During the Mass, COVID protocols were followed with a limited number of congregants present. The Mass was live-streamed on the Co-Cathedral's YouTube channel.
